The brazilian hardcore band Delinquentes releases the music video for the song “Jesus Delinquente”, by the label Xaninho Discos. The video had an exclusive premiere on the argentine website Cuartel del Metal.
The video is a special end of year celebration, as the band says: “It will be the first time that we will pay our simple tribute to this very special date, Christmas, when the hypocritical hearts of rich and poor alike are filled with joy and commerce is full of passersby eager to buy overpriced gifts by date and by table, to take or spread a terrible covid “.
Formed in 1985 in Belém / Pará, northern Brazil, the band Delinquentes presents a hardcore Crossover sound, very characteristic of the classic Brazilian bands of the style. With 35 years of career, accumulates great achievements, several shows, participation in compilations, three studio albums and being a source of inspiration for the new bands that appear on the Brazilian scene. Deliquentes never stopped playing since its inception and today it is a reference in the independent scene of its region.
The band recently released the album “Infectus Humanus” (2019), recorded by Kleber Chaar at Fábrika Studio, produced by Camillo Royale (Turbo band) and mixed and mastered by Gustavo Vazquez, studio Goi Rocklab. The disc features eleven tracks with strong criticisms of conservatism and the conformism of the population.
